Your TV has an headphone analog audio output jack.Ĭonnect that to any audio input on the receiver except phono. I have the RCA cable from cable box into the front of the receiver, which is the video 2 input, and then I have an RCA cable from the receiver's video 1 output into the TV.Īll your video sources (cable box, etc) connect directly to the TV. ![]() Now the way I have it connected for now gives me video through the receiver, but I only have audio from the TV's speakers. ![]() Seems straight forward, no? Well, I get nada. I've tried connecting an RCA cable from cable box into the Video 1 input of the receiver, and then another RCA cable from the receiver's Video 1 output into the RCA input on the TV. From what I understand the cable box needs to connect A/V into the receiver then from the receiver A/V into the TV. Https /So obviously I'm a novice at this stuff, so go easy on me.
